We don't accept medical insurance, but we can provide a receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. You will be reimbursed on an out-of-network provider basis. It is worth a call to your insurance company to see what your mental health benefits are. They may be better than you think

We will take a detailed history, current life challenges, mental health symptoms and wellness goals. Once we've identified the areas that need attention, we can begin building a plan for treatment toward resolution with strategies tailored specifically for you.

Yes, therapy is confidential. Our team of experienced therapists adheres to strict confidentiality policies to protect your private information and the safety of our patients.
